Information about the Apartment

The property is situated on the Northern Coast of the Island, at the complex named Costa Arenal, which is at Arenal D?en Castell, with it?s beautiful horseshoe bay.

Costa Arenal is a modern, private site and comprises of 129 properties, developed around 1982, with modern appliances. Number 64 is a first floor apartment, with a lovely sea view from the balcony.

The bay is ten miles away from Mahon and the airport, that journey taking approximately 30 minutes by car.

Transfer to the Apartment

The directions for driving from the airport to 64 Costa Arenal are included on the directions page.

You can hire a car for the duration of your holiday, pick it up at the airport, use it during your holiday, drive it back to the airport when you are leaving to return to the UK.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Their prices are competetive and you can phone about 4 to 6 weeks in advance of your holiday and they will have a car waiting for you.

A taxi from the airport to the apartment cost about ?20 each way, there are taxis waiting outside the airport on arrival, and you can book one for your return to the airport at the Aremaser office in Arenal.

Care Hire for 3-7 days is best arranged locally in Arenal, where they sometimes have special midweek deals.

The Property & Complex

The site has two pools for you to enjoy; one large and 8 feet deep, the other is a small children?s paddling pool. The pool?s are constantly filtered and cleaned daily. There are numerous loungers, which are provided for you to use.

Please observe the pool and site rules, which are displayed adjacent to the swimming pool, and keep a watchful eye on young children around the pool area.

The site is fully landscaped and a full time gardener is employed to keep the grounds in good condition.

The apartment is a five-minute walk from the beach.

The apartment itself comprises of a large lounge, two double bedrooms, dining area and fully fitted kitchen.

The bathroom has a small bath with shower, hand basin, toilet and bidet.

The main bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has two single beds, which can be made into a further double bed or even bunk beds. There is a single base in the wardrobe, and the mattress to go on to this is on one is on top of one of the single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawers and shelves, and plenty of coat hangers.

The settee also converts into a double bed if required.

There is a large balcony overlooking the sea, equipped with a plastic table and six chairs - ideal for dining at on a warm summers evening whilst watching the world go by.

The apartment is furnished with pine and the floors are ceramic tiled. A television, sky decoder and video player are provided for your use - don?t forget your sky card!

There is a radio/cassette/CD player for your use, so remember to pack your cassettes and CD?s - but be considerate to your (and our) neighbours!

The bedding, bath and hand towels, tea towels, cloths, cooking, eating and drinking utensils are provided for use. Please do not take any of these items out of the apartment.

Please use your own beach towels!

Should you have any problems whilst on holiday, please do to the Aremaser office whose staff will be happy to help you.

The furniture and furnishings, including the washer, television, video, sky decoder, fridge freezer and microwave are virtually new, and are there for your use, please treat them with respect.
